WARRANTY
Higher Purpose warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the media furnished in this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the files furnished in this product prove to be defective, and provided that the original consumer purchaser notifies Higher Purpose within 48 hours of receipt of installation files, HIgher Purpose will replace the corrupted files (a) free of charge to the consumer purchaser, if the media proves to be defective within the ninety (90) day period following the date of purchased. Higher Purpose agrees to connect remotely to the end users computer to diagnose any installation errors that may initially occur at no cost to the purchaser.
COMMERCIAL USE and CODE THEFT:
This indicator is intended for personal use only, and may not be used as a part of any commercial service, including trading advisory services or live chat rooms. Your code will be deauthorized and your licensed revoked without refund if you are found to use, or plan to use the indicator in any commercial capacity especially in a competitive nature.
